Riverside is part of an award-winning development on the banks of the River Fowey. You'll reach the apartment by a private roadway, with parking places just steps from the front door.
On the first floor, there's a spacious living room with a TV, DVD player and plenty of comfy seating, with french doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the river. The kitchen is also on the first floor, and is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, a washer/dryer, microwave, integrated fridge, freezer and espresso machine. The dining table seats four; all crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware is provided. Also on the first floor is a guest toilet.
On the second floor you'll find the very spacious master bedroom, with double-height ceilings, a super-king bed and en-suite shower room. Nearby is the second bedroom, also offering a super-king bed, as well as the family bathroom, containing a bath, toilet and over-bath shower.
As well as the pretty views from the balcony, while at Riverside you'll also benefit from use of the lovely communal gardens and lawns. Grab a blanket and take your seat with a bottle of wine overlooking the river. When the tide is up, watch the kayaks and small boats making the best of high water access to this part of the river.
Set beside the River Fowey, Riverside is close to Lostwithiel’s shops and restaurants.
Here, you’re ideally placed for the occasional events and activities that bring Lostwithiel to life. The position right beside the river makes it a great place to watch the annual (and chaotic!) raft race, as well as listening to the music performances of Lostfest. It’s also great for visiting the annual Dickensian evening (dressing up optional) that takes place before Christmas. Ask us about other events in and around Lostwithiel.
